This Refund Policy explains how LaundryChacha handles cancellations, prepaid plans, wallet balance, refunds, and service-related concerns.
1. Service Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before pickup. Once garments are collected or processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases where payment was made but the service was not provided, or where LaundryChacha confirms a valid service issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not apply for delays caused by unavoidable conditions, customer unavailability, incorrect pickup details, stains that cannot be removed, or garment issues caused by fabric quality or prior condition.
4. Prepaid Plans and Wallet Balance
Prepaid plan usage, wallet balance, and package adjustments are handled based on the specific plan terms. Unused balance may be adjusted against future services where applicable.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Any claim for damaged or missing garments must be reported as soon as possible after delivery. LaundryChacha will review the concern and may offer service correction, adjustment, or other resolution at its discretion.
6. Dry Cleaning and Special Care Items
Dry cleaning, stain treatment, premium fabric care, and special garment services may involve inherent fabric risks. Refunds are not guaranteed where the issue results from fabric age, color bleeding, shrinkage, weak stitching, or pre-existing garment condition.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, may be processed through the original payment method, wallet adjustment, service credit, or other suitable method decided by LaundryChacha.
8. Commercial Laundry
Refunds, credits, or adjustments for commercial laundry clients may be governed by separate agreements, billing terms, or service-level discussions.
