Service terms for LaundryChacha customers.
These terms apply when you use LaundryChacha’s website, book laundry or dry cleaning services, contact us, or use our pickup and delivery services.
1. Service Booking
Customers may book services through phone, WhatsApp, website links, or other official LaundryChacha channels. Booking confirmation depends on service availability, pickup location, and operational capacity.
2. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, service volume, fabric care requirements, or operational conditions.
3. Garment Care
LaundryChacha takes reasonable care while handling garments. Customers are requested to check pockets and remove valuables before pickup. We are not responsible for items left inside garments.
4. Stains and Fabric Condition
Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains, fabric damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, or wear may become visible during cleaning depending on garment age, quality, and prior condition.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices may vary based on garment type, fabric, stain condition, special care requirements, weight, service area, or commercial volume. Final pricing may be confirmed before processing.
6. Delays
LaundryChacha aims to deliver within committed timelines, but delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. Customers will be informed where possible.
7. Customer Communication
By booking a service, customers agree to receive service-related calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or email communication from LaundryChacha.
8. Commercial Laundry
Commercial laundry services for hotels, PGs, clinics, salons, restaurants, and institutions may be governed by separate pricing, pickup schedules, and service terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
LaundryChacha’s liability, where applicable, is limited to service-related resolution as determined by the company. Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses are not covered.
10. Changes to Terms
LaundryChacha may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
